• an 8 year old on ordinations

        Andrew was explaining to the children the current state of affairs at our church, which is the need for another pastor. He said that our church is praying and fasting right now about things and then he went on to teach about the nomination process and how we use the lot if there are several qualified candidates.

  Andrew: Usually they use books and there is a book for each candidate. A slip of paper has been placed in one book but no one knows which book. The men each take a book and the man with the slip is the one that becomes the new minister.

  Vienna: Sounds an awful lot like eeny- meeny- miny- moh to me.
